This is a Hohner Melodica. I don’t know what year it was made, but the vinyl case looks like something from the 1960s. The player blows in the end and plays the Melodica keyboard either with single notes or with melody and harmony, creating a pleasing small-accordion sound. This model is the Piano 26 and has 26 keys, ranging just over two octaves.
