Here’s a bit of video my colleague, Bobby Warren, at the Woo Daily Record, took during the city’s bicentennial parade recently. It’s of Republican state Sen. Kirk Schuring and longtime Republican U.S. Congressman Ralph Regula commenting on an ever-present video-wielding guy. Sign of the campaign times, when anything and everything ones says or does is being recorded and posted online. Schuring faces Democratic state Sen. John Boccieri in the November election in a race for Regula’s seat. It’s one of the top-targeted seats for a Dem takeover.
