Columbus Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann announced today that CVS/Caremark Corporation has agreed to pay $1,687,331 to Ohio’s Medicaid Program to settle allegations of improper billing; fertility in women. Fertility in women: the payment is part of a $36.7 million settlement with the United States, 23 states and the District of Columbia. Fertility in women: the settlement resolves claims that CVS violated state and federal statutes and regulations by switching dosage forms of ranitidine, an antacid medication commonly prescribed for Medicaid patients.

LEBANON- A Lebanon Correction Officer is scheduled to appear in Warren County Court today after troopers arrested him last Friday afternoon for attempting to convey drugs into the Lebanon Correctional Institution.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers charged John H.Curless, 35, from Blanchester, with third-degree felony attempting to convey drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, and fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools – buy clotrimazole.
