DAYTON For the second time this month, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers in Preble County have made a significant seizure of marijuana hidden in Christmas wrappings during a traffic stop.
This time, a Tuesday morning traffic stop at 10:19 a.m.yielded 45 pounds of marijuana, valued at $102,690, wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper located in the trunk within suitcases of a rented 2008 Dodge Stratus; carb blocker. On December 8, just two miles from today’s seizure, state troopers made a similar seizure of 25 pounds of marijuana, valued at more than $56,000 during a traffic stop Interstate 70 in Preble County near milepost 8.
In today’s seizure, troopers stopped the vehicle on Interstate 70, near milepost 6 in Preble County for an unsafe lane change; carb blocker. Carb blocker: a drug-detecting canine alerted to the vehicle, and a probable cause search revealed the marijuana wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper located in the trunk within suitcases.
The driver, Qiturah H.Muhammad, 23, of Danville, Pa., and passenger Shawn E.Williams, 25, of Mifflinville, Pa., were each charged with second-degree felony Trafficking in Marijuana, and fifth-degree felony Possession of Criminal Tools. Carb blocker: if convicted, each suspect could face up to nine years in prison and up to a $17,500 fine.
The suspects were incarcerated at the Preble County Jail, and will be arraigned tomorrow in the Preble County Court. Carb blocker: the vehicle was returned to the rental company.

Enabling parents to love, discipline, protect, and provide, for every child (job) they conceive, fund schools, infrastructure, national security, government services, and etc.; and fund prosecuting illegal drug dealers and users, with money derived from wages or independent business profit.
This defiance of reality demands. Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and Americas grandchildren’s children fund unemployed workers, aliens, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, insubordinate, low-income, defiant of realities demands volunteers without wages, nonunion parasites willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life, and righteous with a faith-based belief that it’s a sin to engage in free, fair, and affordable commerce. Or get an agreement (union contract) With a corporation, business, or nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization. Agreeing to comply with demands of natural law (what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world), God, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce.
Paying for the more stock dividends (money). Illegal drug stockholders and investors, Business owner’s stockholders, Enron stockholders, Bulls on Wall Street, Hillarys, Wal-Mart stockholders, and foreign and domestic investors (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Homo sapiens use for life. That gets only product or service. To measure and maintain the strength and growth of this unaffordable economy and prove that only money has value.
Pay sales tax and for marijuana, meth, and etc., with welfare checks.
Pay for the more stock dividends (money) Hillarys (money marketers) market quarterly in the wholesale and retail price of food with food stamps.
Pay property tax and interest on lottery winner’s winnings legislators invest in school bonds with housing vouchers.
Pay for the more stock dividends (money) Hillarys (money marketers) market quarterly in the wholesale and retail price of prescription drugs and health care with Medicaid.
With money derived from wages or independent business profit.
Supports the demise of Natural Law, God, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce. Makes funding schools IMPOSSIBLE; Makes free, fair, and affordable commerce IMPOSSIBLE. Makes balancing every budget IMPOSSIBLE. Makes union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children LIFE UNAFFORDABLE. And created the $40 trillion social security and the $8.6 trillion national debt. America’s grandchildren’s children are responsible to pay interest with until they are 18 years old.
Then pay the debt with the $6.85 per hour labor wage. Twenty five percent of We the stupid, defiant of demands of natural law (what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world) God, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce. Deceived in Sunday schools, public schools, private schools, and home schools, colleges, and universities government of the people, by the people, for the people, elected legislators and representatives to enact.
There is no reason to believe America’s grandchildren’s children that go to bed hungry can afford life and pay this debt with money derived from wages or independent business profit in a hundred million years.
